banking industry since 1994. I am an expert with creative financing options and I
have unlimited resources available to get the majority of people qualified for a new
home mortgage. I am well-versed in all facets of mortgage lending and I have over
70 million dollars in settled loan sales. I handle FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, B,C,D
and second trust paper.
I have a college degree in Business Management and I continually challenge myself
to be current in all the new mortgage banking laws and programs. I have an excellent
rating with the Mortgage Banking Commission and I received 100% on the new Maryland
State Licensing Requirements for Mortgage Loan Officers, an honor that only a handful of
lenders have achieved.
